The UK’s favourite film of 2011 comes back to the big screen on Oscars night courtesy of Vue Entertainment.
Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part Two has beaten 39 movies to take the title of Vue’s Film of the Year. The winning film was selected by Vue customers, with over 6,000 fans voting via Vue’s Facebook page to ensure their favourite film of 2011 was in the running for the coveted title.
To celebrate, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part Two is being bought back by Vue Cinemas for an exclusive, nationwide ‘Oscars day’ screening on the 26th February with a magical price of just £4.00 per ticket.
The film, directed by David Yates and starring Daniel Radcliffe, scooped the title of Vue’s Film of the Year 2011 with 56% of Vue voters choosing it as one of their favourite films, beating The King’s Speech and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part One into second and third place respectively. Bridesmaids and The Inbetweeners Movie make up the top five*.
Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows: Part Two will be screened exclusively at Vue Cinemas, nationwide, at 3pm the day of the Oscars, 26th February 2012 and, at just £4.00 per ticket, it’s a price that even Dumbledore couldn’t better.
